Tasting Notes: Fine wine of intense red dark color with hues of cherry. Well-defined aromas of wild spice, marmalade of red fruits and intense coffee notes. In the mouth, well structured with very soft and abundant tannins. A very well rounded wine.
Food Pairing: Game meats, sauce base dishes, with abundant spices, cheeses and pasta dishes.
